PROVENANCE

Since most signed guitars were collected by In-Person collectors which are witnessed to a 100% of the signings, we can usually supply the exact date and location of where the guitar has been signed.

Every guitar displayed here at Superstar Guitars is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The certificate’s unique ID number will be permanently filed in our system with photos and signing information to always identify and verify the collectible in the future.

As soon as your payment has been cleared, your order will be processed and shipped within 48 Hours. All products are normally shipped the same day the order is received and sent within 24 hours. Each product is promised to be packaged in a manner to ensure a safe arrival and will be shipped with insurance covering the total purchase. Due to logistical reasons it is not possible to store all the items locally thus it may come to some delay with certain products! Our logistics partners will then reliably deliver your order directly to your home or on request to your workplace or holiday address. Usually most guitars are unique and individual but sometimes the actual signature placement may differ on any contemporary guitars where there may be is more than one piece excisting! For any third-party auction, there are no returns or guarantee accepted, however these auctions are evaluated in the same process!
