This is the only signed Michael Anthony Jack Daniels Signature Bass we know and has been exclusively signed for charity only. This instrument has been signed by Guitar Icon Eddie Van Halen (RIP), his brother Alex Van Halen, Singer David Lee Roth and Michael Anthony Himself. This bass has been signed on their first north american leg back in 2007 at the Staples Center Show in Los Angeles, CA and was later signed by Michael Anthony during a Chickenfoot Show at the Rocklahoma Festival 2012.
